Brief
Total Services Group operates in an industry where trust needs to be earned quickly. They came to Argon with a legacy brand that didn’t fully represent the expertise or capability behind their delivery. They needed a more authoritative presence, more direct language, and a website that reassured commercial clients they were in experienced hands.
Strategy
A full rebrand allowed us to reframe Total Services Group from the first impression. Instead of leading with a single service offering, the new positioning needed to present a more rounded picture of the projects the business was equipped to deliver. Messages needed to be organised around the questions commercial clients needed answered, with results-driven case studies designed to showcase measurable outcomes rather than aesthetics alone.
Outcome
The new brand gives Total Services Group a more confident, credible platform for higher-profile work. A dedicated message guide was created to set the tone for how the business speaks, keeping language direct, practical and easy to understand without sacrificing authority. Visually, broad letterforms, high-vis photography and a faceted polygonal pattern reinforce the brand’s industrial edge.
